Agreement to these terms

By downloading or using my apps (Don't Worry, Word Slip, BrewDock and ClawdBar) or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Open-source apps

BrewDock and ClawdBar are open source. BrewDock is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 and ClawdBar under the MIT License.

Your rights to use, copy, modify and share their source code come from those licences, and nothing in these terms limits them. Where these terms and an app's licence disagree, the licence wins.

App Store apps

Don't Worry and Word Slip are licensed, not sold, to you through Apple's App Store, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these terms. You may use them on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store's terms allow (for example through Family Sharing).

For these two apps, you agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer or decompile them, except where the law allows
• Remove any copyright or other notices
• Use them in any unlawful way

In-app purchases

Word Slip's extra decks are bought through Apple's In-App Purchase and linked to your Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases in the app to get them back on a new device. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

Wellbeing

Don't Worry is a self-reflection tool, not medical advice or a replacement for professional help. If you're struggling or feel unsafe, please reach out to someone you trust or a support line. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Other services

Some apps rely on services I don't control. ClawdBar uses your Claude account and Anthropic's API, and its sign-in is unofficial, so Anthropic could change it at any time. You're responsible for using your Claude account in line with Anthropic's terms. BrewDock relies on Homebrew.

BrewDock and ClawdBar are independent apps and aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Homebrew or Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic.

Updates and changes

I may update, change or discontinue any app at any time. I may also update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

Disclaimer

My apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. I can't promise they'll always be error-free or available.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
